Wembley Stadium
Wembley Stadium opened in 2007 on the site of the original Wembley Stadium, which had stood from 1923 until 2003. The all-seater stadium is a bowl design with a capacity of 90,000, protected from the elements by a sliding roof that does not completely enclose it. Whilst most synonymous with the hosting of football events, Wembley Stadium also hosts many other sporting fixtures and a plethora of international music events. In addition, there are multiple suites and function rooms that can be hired independently for corporate and private events.
MNE were appointed to undertake a full lighting review across 3 levels of the Stadium - including external walkways, concourses, FA offices, internal stairwells and meeting rooms – in excess of 20,000 lights.
