We offer full MEP design services, including plant room designs, heating systems, piped services and above ground drainage. We are also experienced in mains power distribution and system design, MV grading studies and fire alarm systems to name a few. 

We offer MEP project management and contract administration services. We are also able to undertake facilities management and consultation. Our team are experienced in PPM schedules, peer reviews and O&M manual production. We also undertake planning reports including sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and flood risk assessments. 

We understand the importance of sustainability in projects. When designing MEP systems we always to work provide  systems that are effective and promote energy efficiency throughout. We work to ensure any renewable or low carbon technologies are considered early on so they can make the maximum impact. 

We can undertake many sustainability led services including low/zero carbon reporting, operational energy profiling, dynamic thermal modelling and energy surveys.
