UPP Decarbonisation Plan
With sustainability becoming a priority for our clients, MNE are being appointed on various instructions to undertake investigations into viable decarbonisation measures for existing portfolios.
MNE worked with UPP, the student accommodation provider, to review heating, hot water and fabric options for buildings across seven campuses, including University of Kent and University of Nottingham.
MNE provided UPP with different options for improving the sustainability of each building and a reduction in energy usage and costs. This included short term quick wins and longer-term interventions which require deeper involvement or financial commitment.
