Tonbridge Trade Centre
15 new industrial and warehouse units have been provided in Tonbridge on Vale Road, located on the outskirts of the town centre. The units on offer range from 3,500 – 12,200 sqft and are a sustainable option for tenants. EV charging points, air source heat pumps and PV panels are just some of the measures taken to reduce occupation costs.
MNE delivered the design of the MEP services and also provided BREEAM, energy consulting and certification. The MEP services provided included small power, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, lightning protection, street lighting and car charging.
The project achieved BREEAM Very Good and was completed in late 2022.
