The scheme has been delivered to a high specification and also has strong sustainability credentials, with an Air Source Heat Pump and PV installed to deliver heating and electric. We provided a full MEP design for the scheme from RIBA 2-5 including the required SAP assessments and energy performance certificates. Due to the mixed tenure of the scheme, we developed a design that suited all the different end users and delivered maximum efficiency.
