Portsmouth Naval Base has been an integral part of the city since 1194 and is home to almost two thirds of the Royal Navy’s surface ships. 

MNE have been appointed on various projects to provide electrical expertise to support contractors and the naval dockyard staff. 

This has included the specification of switch gear, specifying testing regimes to fault find, and specification of protection schemes in complicated distribution arrangements.
