Peter Symonds College

Peter Symonds College is a sixth form college in Winchester, Hampshire. Founded as a boys' grammar school, it is one of the few specialist sixth form colleges which is also a boarding school. 

MNE Building Services Ltd were appointed to undertake the RIBA Stage 4 co-ordinated MEP design for this prestigious BREEAM 'Excellent' new build music block.

As well as full MEP design, which included design measures to ensure satisfactory attenuation to HVAC plant serving the noise sensitive recording studios and alike, MNE assisted to achieve the BREEAM design credits by undertaking thermal modelling and providing the associated BREEAM report.

Practical completion was achieved in Q2 of 2025.
