Located a 2 minute walk from Holborn Station, LABS offers a range of flexible commercial options for clients from private offices to 5000sqft spaces for 100 people. The regenerated CAT A space required sensitive delivery planning as some of the tenants stayed in residence during the works. This led to the scheme being fitted out across 4 phases.
Completed in 2021, the £5m project features high end aesthetics, 7 meeting rooms, breakout spaces and a co-working area on the 4th floor.
We delivered full MEP design for the 12,000sqft spaces and undertook modifications to the electrical system and installed new plant to accommodate the changes internally, some of which included a new shower block and gym.
