HPL Motors are a family run business and have been selling cars since 1992. They have three sites in Preston, Oldham and Atherton.

For this project, a new car showroom was developed in Preston, located on a former park and ride site. The company needed to hold over 500 cars on property, so the new showroom had to be able to cater for servicing, charging and more. 

MNE provided the design of the building services for the new showroom, workshops and extensive external retail space that were delivered. The design included for extensive car charging and the inclusion of two paint spraying booths.
