- Installation of site wide electric forklift charging for the extension.
- Modification to the existing 1.5MVA electrical infrastructure to supply new electrical distribution to the new extension, and to facilitate the upgrade of the existing 800kVA generator to a new 1.5MVA generator.
- Review of 11kV and 433V protection settings (TLF, SEPAM and REF) & infrastructure prior to the switchgear upgrade.
- New site wide lighting scheme to match modern standards.
- Modification to the existing MP gas network to accommodate the new gas fired heating system via new Air Handling Units
- VESDA fire alarm system, providing early warning of smoke in the warehouse to protect the high levels of flammable stock
