Located in Bermondsey overlooking the Spa Gardens, this development of 143 student accommodation units was created with comfort in mind.
A seven-storey main building was constructed with a three-storey pavilion to the rear that houses a variety of well-appointed room types. These include smaller classic student bedrooms with ensuites to larger studios that feature their own kitchen and space for a double bed. The new accommodation also features communal areas including games area, gym and study spaces as well as an enclosed outdoor courtyard.
MNE provided a full MEP service on this project which included developing the combined heat and power system, specialist Bluetooth wayfinding, batter based wireless alarm and large PV system.
