East Oakley House
This stunning Grade II listed property in Oakley, Hampshire, was purchased by its current owner in 2020 and has been undergoing renovation works. These seek to maintain the house’s features, including ornamental brick stacks, bolection architrave and casements, whilst bringing it into the 21st Century.
MNE were appointed to undertake a full MEP design for the refurbishment of the 7-bed property, including the main house, barn, pool house and landscaping. The design included high end elements such as an AV system throughout, bespoke radiators and underfloor heating.
Key to this project was delivering the modern requirements the client wanted without affecting the existing listed structure. This was achieved through collaboration with the architect and contractor and careful planning of the works.
