Commercial Centre, Bracknell
This project concerned the Commercial Centre at Bracknell Forest Council – including construction of a new building which comprises of 2 workshops and 1 storage unit of equal sizes, all at double height to allow for vehicle maintenance. In addition, a single storey office block was constructed at the end of the workshops/storage units. The whole building has a footprint of circa 1150m2.
MNE were appointed to undertake full MEP system design including above ground drainage, hot and cold water services, air source heat pump design for hot water, mechanical ventilation systems, electrical distribution, small power, lighting protection, roof plant room layouts and builderswork plans.
