18 luxury loft apartments have been created at this conversion in Wapping. The building, known as Green Bank Lofts, is boutique style, created in a former commercial and residential building and featuring elements such as Crittall style screens and bronze ironmongery. The units sold between  £450,000 - £1million. 

MNE undertook initial survey works as to verify whether any existing MEP plant could be retained. We then provided a full MEP design from RIBA stage 2 to 5, including SAP’s for each of the apartments.

The design proved challenging, as due to full height windows, perimeter ring beams and the existing ribdeck construction across all floors, careful MEP co-ordination was required, including positioning of air brick terminations. The building also consisted of full sprinkler coverage, residential and commercial service penetrations, with limited landlord plant space available.
