McCann Building, 7-11 Herbrand Street

 This delightful building on 7-11 Herbrand Street started life a car rental garage when it was first built back in the 1930’s. The Grade II listed property, described as one of the best examples of Art Deco, was converted to offices in the late 90’s and occupied by McCann London. 

After their lease expired and they moved out, the building was redeveloped and broken into various high specification Cat A offices, some self-contained. Covering six floors, the building offers over 65,000 sqft across six stories and offers impressive ceiling heights of up to 4m, column free floors and a large rooftop terrace.
