Constructed in 1772, 1 Portland Place is a 7 storey building, made up of lower ground, ground and 5 stories above ground level, with a total of 27,464 square feet of office spaces.

MNE Building Services Ltd were appointed by the Howard de Walden Estate to undertake a thorough review of the installed Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services (MEP) to understand and resolve the ongoing issues they had been experiencing to include overheating and inadequate indoor air quality.

MNE undertook survey works of the M&E services, including the 4-pipe fan coil HVAC system in situ and provided an extensive report of our findings and associated recommendations in relation to items such as air circulation, hydraulic control and the Building Management System (BMS).
